RETURN POLICY
Customers can return any unworn merchandise purchased directly from Zamberlan Canada within 30 days of the order shipping date. For the benefit of all our customers and our business, Zamberlan Canada requires all of the following conditions be met on all merchandise returns and/or exchanges:
- Product is clean, unused, and in new condition - no exceptions
- Product hang tags are connected to the shoes
- Original packaging is undamaged
- Product is purchased within the last 30 days
Many of our customers buy shoes online and size themselves in their home. It is our policy that footwear can be worn indoors for sizing purposes only, so long as the integrity of the boot is maintained in a "new" state – no scuffs or scratches on the sole unit or any other boot materials/surfaces.
To initiate a return, please send an email to us at sales@zamberlancanada.ca and include the following information:
- Your full name and email address
- Telephone number
- Shipping Address
- Identify your model name and your size.
- An image of your receipt of purchase, which is required to establish the date of purchase.
- Original place of purchase
- Reason for your return
Once we receive your request we will review all the details and reply to you, ususally within 2 business days.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN SHIPPING
A flat rate of $20 plus tax will apply to all returns.
Please use the original packaging to return boots to us. This reduces waste and protects the boots during transit.
To reduce return shipping rates, please consider the following:
- Use as small a shipping box as possible. Poly shipping bags that fit around the Zamberlan-branded shoe box are ideal as they reduce weight and size, both of which contribute to shipping cost
- Do not use excessive packing materials. If you use an appropriately sized box (e.g. the original shipping box is a good idea - not the shoe box, but the shipping box), packing materials will not be necessary. This will cut down on weight and cost
Once the product(s) are returned to us, Zamberlan Canada's returns department will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Please note, Zamberlan Canada does not pay return shipping costs. In addition, shipping costs on original orders are subsidized by Zamberlan Canada and as such, we do not refund original shipping costs in the case of a return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, simply (1) follow the return instructions above and (2) reorder a new item at ZamberlanCanada.ca at your convenience. Please note, this is the only method for exchanging merchandise with Zamberlan Canada at the moment.
