Please note that we only ship to Canadian mailing addresses, no cross boarder shipments.
Our Zamberlan Canada warehouse ships on non-holiday, business days year-round. If the post office or major freight carriers are closed, so is our shipping department. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed. Due to high order volume periods, your order may not ship until 2 business days after the order is placed.
Our freight rates for a given shipment are set based on the number of pairs in a shipment and the destination postal code. These rates are published for you in the checkout process. Once you place an item in the cart and provide a postal code, we you will be advised of shipping charges. We review our shipping rates and renegotiate with carriers monthly to ensure that we are offering you the best possible rates.

Please be advised that if you purchase a pair of boots and when you receive them you are unsure of the fit of your boots, please only wear them inside your home. We hope you can understand that we cannot accept returns on boots which have been worn outside and/or have wear marks on the sole.
Please contact us for a return authorization code before you ship products back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to Zamberlan.
Zamberlan Canada strongly recommends customers use original boxes to return footwear for exchange or refund.
