The Artemis Gore-Tex is a fabulous early season Hunting Boot. The Perwanger leathers and Cordura fabric upper materials are configured to give you support, some insulation and a highly supportive fit. We have designed a very supportive ankle collar which can be laced up tightly with lace hooks to add additional support. The boot upper is matched to a high-performance outsole and midsole which ensure traction and stability in the most challenging environments. A full Gore-Tex bootie ensures that you will stay dry in this boot while your foot can breathe throughout your Hunt.
Features include:
▪ 2.0 - 2.2mm Perwanger leather provides excellent abrasion resistance durability to the boot. Perwanger leathers offer the highest quality level for alpine performance leathers while also meeting exceptionally high environmental standards. The upper is completed with Cordura fabric to reduce weight and add more flexation into the upper for hiking comfort.
▪ Protective Toe rand and heel rand for additional abrasion resistance.
▪ Vibram Grivola outsole offer deep and aggressive lugs for traction and control on a range of surfaces and while carrying a load on your back. In particular, the heel step lugs are angled forwards for excellent braking control while descending.
▪ Synthetic lining for great moisture management and a Gore-Tex Performance Comfort bootie to ensure full waterproofness of the shoe.
▪ The rubber midsole is very durable and provides great shock absorption and cushioning. The midsole system is further enhanced by our 3mm Nylon Flex midsole; this rigid board has some curvature towards the toe for easy walking. This 3mm board will also reduce foot fatigue as it provides you with great torsional stability.
