Zamberlan USA Customers

Great news! Zamberlan USA now offers downloadable prepaid return shipping labels, making the returns and exchange process below easier than ever. For a flat fee of USD$10.00 per label, you can generate a return shipping label directly from your account and use it to initiate either a return or an exchange. 

Zamberlan Canada Customers

We've streamlined the returns process in our new webstore, making returns/exchange requests accessible directly through your ZamberlanCanada.ca account. Once the return or exchange request has been accepted, Canadian customers will need to purchase or upload their own return shipping label to complete the process.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

We happily accept returns and exchanges on any unworn merchandise purchased directly through Zamberlan USA/Canada within 60 days of the order ship date. Please note that we are unable to accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth process and protect both our customers and our team, all returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions — no exceptions:

       Items must be unused, unworn, and in clean, salable condition. Any sign of wear will disqualify the item from being returned or exchanged.

       All original hang tags must still be attached to the footwear.

       The original packaging must be intact and undamaged. Please pack items carefully to prevent damage in transit.


How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Follow these simple steps to get your return or exchange started:

1.     Log in to your Zamberlan account at www.ZamberlanUSA.com or www.ZamberlanCanada.ca.

2.     Navigate to the order you would like to return or exchange.

3.     Click the “Request Return” button on the order page.

4.     Select the reason for your return or exchange from the available options.

5.     In the “Note (optional)” field, please let us know whether you are requesting a return or an exchange. If you would like an exchange, please specify the size you’d like to receive.

6.     Click “Request Return” to submit your request to the Zamberlan North America service team.

7.     Watch your inbox! You’ll receive a notification once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

8.     Log back in to your account to complete the shipping label. US customers can download your prepaid return shipping label (USD$10.00 label fee applies). Canadian customers will need to purchase their own shipping label.

9.     Print the label and affix it securely to your package. Please include a printed copy of your return request (either the confirmation email or a screenshot of your online request) inside the box. Then drop your package off at the appropriate shipping carrier location.

10.  Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds (for returns) will be processed, or a replacement item (for exchanges) will be shipped — if available — within 3 to 5 business days.
