US SHIPPING

Zamberlan USA only ships on non-holiday, business days year-round. If the post office or freight carriers such as FedEx are closed, so is our shipping department. Please be advised that all orders take 1-2 business days to process. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed, though in high-volume periods (holidays or sales events), your order may not ship until 2 business days after the order is placed.

Zamberlan USA offers free FedEx Home Delivery shipping on all US boot orders over USD$150. Accessories and orders under $150 will pay assigned carrier rates based on size, weight, and ship-to location. Expedited shipping is now available via UPS, with carrier rates based on size, weight, ship-to location, and service level. Shipping costs can change from time to time and are not negotiable. CANADA SHIPPING

Our Zamberlan Canada warehouse ships on non-holiday, business days year-round. If the post office or major freight carriers are closed, so is our shipping department. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed. In high order volume periods (holiday or sales events), your order may not ship until 2 business days after the order is placed. 

Zamberlan Canada offers free Ground shipping on all Canadian orders over CAD$199. Accessories and orders under $199 will pay assigned carrier rates based on size, weight, and ship-to location. Expedited shipping is now available via Purolator, with carrier rates based on size, weight, ship-to location, and service level. Once you place an item in the cart and provide a postal code, we you will be advised of shipping charges. Shipping costs can change from time to time and are not negotiable.  

RETURN SHIPPING

Zamberlan USA/Canada does not offer free return shipping due to the fact that (a) most, if not all of our footwear products ship free to the customer, and (b) the significant expense of free two-way shipping is inhibitive to our cost structure. While this policy may change in the near future, we will likely only offer a subsidized return if we do change the policy. Zamberlan USA/Canada strongly recommends customers use original boxes to return footwear for exchange or refund. 

EX-USA (International Shipping)

Zamberlan USA only ships on U.S. non-holiday, business days year-round. Please be advised that all orders take 2 business days to process and are usually shipped two business days after the order is placed. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We ship only via USPS International Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) and will NOT ship any other method. Shipping costs are based on USPS rates and are not negotiable. If you have a question about shipping rates on items to your address, please contact customer service at info@zamberlanusa.com.

Please note, that international customers, not Zamberlan USA, are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees when receiving products shipped from the United States. To be clear, all customers ordering from outside of the United States are responsible for paying their country's import duties, taxes, and local delivery fees when buying from ZamberlanUSA.com.
